High Praise for Jarmal Reid

ESPN sure likes Reid a lot. They gave Reid a score of 95 out of 100, saying that he is "a capable three point shooter" and is "able to put the ball on the floor and create scoring opportunities for himself..." "He consistently got into the lane off the dribble and hit fade-away jumpers or finished at the rim. Reid's game now has a poor man's Jamal Mashburn feel to it."

If he is anything like Jamal Mashburn, we need to lock him up as soon as possible. I think that the first time UGA played against Mashburn, he went for 37 against us.

You'd have to figure that UGA has the inside track on Reid's recruitment. Since Reid is the brother of Jeremy Price, and Travis Leslie went to Columbia High, the same school as Reid, we should have at least two influential players in Reid's ear.

Let's get it done.
